Water Restoration Grant in collaboration with Design Forward and I Love a Clean San Diego
In the summer of 2025, I applied for a design grant to help educate the San Diego community about the importance of water restoration and bio-retention basins throughout San Diego County. The vision for the infographic was to make complex environmental concepts—such as stormwater runoff and sustainable landscaping accessible and easy to understand, while highlighting how thoughtful design can support water retention and long-term ecological health.

This project was in collaboration with Miranda Lee, a fellow graphic designer based in California.
"Collaborating with Delaney on our water restoration motion-graphics project as winning partners of the “Design for Clean Water: Stormwater Pollution Challenge” was an incredibly rewarding and enjoyable experience. Delaney was communicative and helpful with any questions I had, and working with her made the animation process so much easier, as her knowledge was valuable during moments of troubleshooting. Overall, she is always a pleasure to work with, and I had so much fun partnering with her."

"I had the opportunity to collaborate with Delaney on the Design for Clean Water Challenge, where I also served as one of the organizers. This gave me a first-hand view into Delaney’s creative thinking and design process. Her work consistently demonstrates strong craft, thoughtful problem-solving, and a distinctive point of view that elevates the overall quality and impact of the final output."
