Marine Life, Reworked for the Streets Design
Hand-drawn leopard sharks reimagined through a streetwear lens. This piece began as an organic pen-on-paper illustration, capturing the fluid motion and distinct patterning of the species. The artwork was then digitized, refined, and transformed into a bold graphic tee design—bridging marine biology and contemporary street culture.
Raw linework meets intentional composition, turning coastal inspiration into wearable design.

Secret Gardening Pattern Design
This series is inspired by Desert marigold, Aloe arborescens, and the bold elegance of Birds of Paradise, plants whose sculptural forms and radiant petals naturally command attention.
The patterns celebrate organic movement, layered texture, and vibrant color drawn directly from nature’s palette. Designing them felt both grounding and energizing, a love letter to plants that are wild yet intentional.
Created to live beautifully across spaces, from upscale residential interiors to hospitality and brand-forward environments, this collection reflects my belief that thoughtful surface design should elevate every space it touches.

Dog Grooming Business Card Pattern Design
A custom pattern created for a dog grooming business card, inspired by the tools of the trade and the joyful energy of wagging tails. The design pairs accurate depictions of grooming supplies with a playful, lighthearted composition celebrating both the professionalism and delight of the dog grooming experience.

Sleepy baby collection
This pattern reflects the playful, joyful sweetness of childhood—full of color, curiosity, and charm. It celebrates the simple magic of being little, where every detail feels bright and full of delight.

The Shelling Around Collection — Pattern Design Statement (Version 1)
The Shelling Around Collection is a coastal-inspired surface pattern series exploring organic repetition, spiral geometry, and the delicate balance between structure and imperfection. Each shell began as a hand-drawn study, carefully observing the natural ridges, curves, and asymmetry that make them quietly extraordinary.
While this collection was revisited and refined after a trip to Catalina Island, its roots trace back much further to childhood days spent along the shores of Santa Cruz. Growing up, I collected shells obsessively, often more captivated by the sand beneath my feet than the waves in front of me. That early fascination shaped the way I see design today: detail-oriented, texture-driven, and inspired by overlooked beauty.
Through layered repeats, subtle movement, and intentional spacing, this collection translates those personal memories into refined surface design. The patterns feel rhythmic yet soft, structured yet organic, mirroring the way tides slowly sculpt each shell over time.
At its core, Shelling Around is about slowing down, observing closely, and honoring the quiet complexity found in nature.
